Hi, I'm your RMT Cera.

I started in the industry many years back (circa 2013) when I was an admin, sweeping floors at a local clinic in BC. There, I began to realize just how important massage therapy is to people.

I went to Vancouver Career College in 2016 to become an RMT. I graduated in 2018. I worked multiple massage therapy jobs during the 2-year program: mobile, spa, and in clinic.

I have done outreach with Ride to Conquer Cancer, BC Women's hospital in pre and postpartum, and volunteered in seniors' homes as well. Now, I can say I feel equipped to work on many different cases.

These include: low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, injury prevention, nurses/healthcare workers, stress management, pre and postpartum, sprains and strains, muscle spasms, socilosis, sports injuries, scar tissue, and other conditions for everyday hardworking people and their families.

Treatment Style & Techniques

I like to employ both relaxing and effective styles to treat the underlying problems as well as the symptoms. I like to empower my patients to get control and understanding of where they're at and what I've noticed. I share my expertise and prepare my patients with therapeutic exercises/remedies, encouragement and accountability for the upmost success in their health goals.

I give a clear treatment plan based upon each individual's presentation upon the initial assessment.
